If you ask any young person what one of their favorite Hoboken bars is, chances are they will tell you Tally-Ho! This bar is one of those "has it all" bars, from a beer pong area to dance floor to traditional wooden bar countertop. No matter what you're in the mood for, you can find it here at Tally-Ho! Known for its extensive drinks menu, you can also get great nibbles here too. And although they advertise that the are "not a wine bar" and "not a beer bar," they have both available. Basically, Tally-Ho is the place to go if you like your hookups to be fun and unpretentious. Remember, there is beer pong after all!

Locals love going to Carpe Diem Pub & Restaurant for the atmosphere and delicious food. It's not a large bar, but what it lacks in size, it makes up for in coziness! If you prefer your nights out to be more on the relaxed side, we highly recommend Carpe Diem Pub & Restaurant. It's meant to be modelled after a British pub so often you'll find soccer — we mean FOOTBALL - on the television - we mean telly! It's only open Thursday through Sunday so it's best as one of your weekend hookup spots. 200 Lounge is known for its premier atmosphere and private tables and bottle service. Room 84 is one of the best known date spots and nightclubs in Hoboken, therefore making it one of the most popular. It is not the biggest nightclub — at one floor the capacity is about 275 people - but what it lacks in size it makes up for in absolutely incredible drink specials and the most fun atmosphere of any bar in Hoboken. The bar is divided into a main dance floor and two VIP areas. We highly recommend booking ahead for a VIP area to make your night even more memorable.
